Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Homestin Interiors and Construction. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Scope of Work

  • Homestin will provide services as detailed in the final approved quotation or project contract.
  • Any additional work requested outside the original scope will be treated as a “Change Order” and billed separately.

2. Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: A non-refundable commencement fee is required to initiate design and procurement.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your contract (e.g., 50% on booking, 40% on material arrival, 10% on completion).
  • Late Fees: Delayed payments may result in the suspension of site work or delayed delivery timelines.

3. Design and Revisions

  • Homestin provides a specific number of design iterations as mentioned in the package.
  • Final designs must be approved in writing (or via email) before construction or procurement begins.

4. Client Obligations

  • The client must provide timely access to the site for measurements and construction.
  • Approvals for materials, colors, and layouts must be given within the agreed timeframe to avoid project delays.

5. Timelines and Delays

  • While we strive to meet all deadlines, Homestin is not liable for delays caused by:
    • Third-party vendors or material shortages.
    • Client-side delays in approvals or payments.
    • Force Majeure (natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions).

6. Warranty and Maintenance

  • We provide a limited warranty on workmanship for a specified period (e.g., 1 year).
  • Warranties on materials (hardware, plywood, appliances) are provided by the respective manufacturers, not Homestin.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All design concepts, 3D renders, and technical drawings created by Homestin remain the intellectual property of the firm until full payment is received.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the contract with written notice.
  • In the event of termination, the client is liable to pay for all work completed and materials already procured up to that date.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the region where the project is located. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
